Winterization

Seasonal draining of water heater, toilets, tanks and exterior water lines. Placing small amount of RV (anti-freeze) in all drains, toilets and toilet tanks.

Sales Clean

Wiping down all surfaces, including moldings for dust, and webs. This would include all window sills, draws and cabinets. Vacuuming of all carpets, and moping of all hard surface flooring

Grass Cuts Shrub Trimming

Lawn service to include edging, lawn cut, and shrub trimming. Removal of all limbs and debris from work and blowing off all exterior hard surfaces.

Evictions

Provide crew to evict occupant and personal property from the house. Removal of items left after 24 hours

Initial & Periodic Inspections

We can do an initial assessment of a property, providing a written report and digital photos as backup. Twice monthly scheduled security inspections can also be done at each property

Insurance Inspections

Determine replacement value of all structures & personnel property. We can give you prompt bids on the above mentioned tasks and get it done in a timely fashion. Our coverage area includes the Metro Atlanta area, south to I-20 and north to Cherokee County. Our personnel may be available for additional areas
